Building automations has always started with a manual discovery phase: interview teammates, map processes, translate them into tasks, then tediously create the automation using some no-code interface.
That feedback loop is painful and usually out‑of‑date the moment it’s documented. When we started Bardeen in the Spring of 2020, we built the whole automation platform with this problem in mind.
And after years of testing, experimenting and iteration on multiple different approaches, today we’re finally confident in our solution.
